That's me. Slackin'. I thought about blogging the other day when I saw a lady at the grocery store wearing a scrub top with her jeans. That's one of my pet peeves. I don't know why but it bugs the tar out of me. Why are you wearing a scrub top? If you just came from work where are your scrub pants? But obviously you didn't come from work because it's 10 am and you are at the grocery store. So, just thought you'd wear a scrub top? What do you do for work? Do you work? And maybe that's why it bugs me because instead of focusing on picking out the best avocados I am worrying about her choice of clothing.
Anyhow, back to me being a slacker. I just haven't known what to blog about, and it's because when I started this blog a few years back I did it with the intention of proving that you did not have to have children to blog. I could have a blog and update it regularly and none of my posts would depend on the fact that I had offspring.
But now I do have an offspring, and I could post pictures of him everyday, I want to post pictures of him everyday. Yet I feel as that would be a betrayal to my former self, and somehow to this blog. Weird, I know. I can be fiercely loyal and sometimes it radiates into certain areas that don't require loyalty, like blogging.
So here's to freedom, here's to blogging about whatever I choose, especially if it's a face as cute as this...
